Did you know that Big Box Cars services cars? Our service department is open between 8am and 5pm. We’ve heard many reasons why people don’t want to service their car with us but we’ve always had a solution each and every time. Here are some of the concerns customers have addressed with us and how we can take care of those problems.

“Takes too long” 

We offer express services such as:

- Express Servicing (1.5hrs) 

- Express Tyres (1hr) 

- Express Wheel Alignment (1hr) 

“I need to get to the city”

- We offer drop off and pick up to local train station where you can ride a train into the city.

​“I need to get to the shops”

- We offer a drop off and pick up service to Westfield Garden City Shopping centre. 

“I would prefer to go home after dropping off my vehicle”

 - We can provide you a free loan car. 

“My car is too dirty”

 - We provide a free Car Wash .

“I can't get my car to you” 

- We can pick up and drop off vehicles within a 5 Klm radius of Big Box Cars. 

“I am concerned about having other people in my vehicle”

 - All vehicles are fully sanitised ​before conducting any repairs. 

“I start early for work before you open”

 - We can arrange 'Early Bird Drop Off' (anytime of the day). 

“I can't get back to pick up my vehicle before you close”

- We can arrange for 'After Hours Pick Up' (any time of the day).
